Is this a subscription?
No! All plans are one-time payments. Pay once for your event, no recurring charges.
What happens to my photos after my event expires?
Your photos remain accessible for download during your plan's active period (1 month to 1 year depending on plan). After expiration, photos are retained for 30 additional days, then permanently deleted. We recommend downloading your full media archive before expiration—you can always re-download during your active period.
What happens after my event ends?
You can download all photos and videos as many times as needed during your active period. Once expired, you have a 30-day grace period to retrieve your media before permanent deletion.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time during your event period. We'll credit your original payment toward the upgraded plan.
Do guests need to download an app?
Nope! Guests simply scan your QR code and upload directly from their phone browser. No app required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes! Full refund if you cancel before your event date. No refunds after the event starts.
